Mr Alvin is an experienced administrator, whose focus is on managing the administrative of overall operation of the organization as well as providing excellent client liaison. Alvin has both international and local work experience in real estate agency management before joining the property management industry for the last 10 years. He is also a licensed & registered property manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers Malaysia.
His vast experience will ensure each property is managed effectively and profitably. He has good communication skill which is able the understand the customer needs and fulfils their requirement.
MR. NAZRI
PRINCIPAL (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
B(Hons) Real Estate Management
Mr Nazri is an experienced manager, whose focus is on managing the operations team of the overall organization as well as providing to his clients excellent with ultimate resources.
He has been in property management since 2006, experience in managing plenty of commercial mall such as Carrefour Wangsa Maju, Nu Sentral KL Sentral, D Mall Setiawan, and has proven to be a motivated learner with both bold leadership and good management skills. Integrity and fairness are his core principles.
His extensive knowledge of the Strata Management Act of 2013 (Act 757) and regulations, as well as extensive knowledge in information technology, makes him an all-time excellent teacher for training new employees and leading them into a new era of property management
He is also a licensed & registered property manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers Malaysia. His vast experience will ensure each property is managed effectively and profitability.
MR. JEFF KAM
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Mr Jeff has extensive experience and expertise in the Real Estate & Property Management industry for more than 20 years around the Central & Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the key management team of a leading real estate agency & property management company, launching new project sales & managing up to more than 20 property sites at its peak. He has reputation for being a straightforward effective communicator and highly motivated Estate Agent & Property Manager.
His conscientious professionalism, combined with an ability to connect and communicate with people, is guaranteed to keep the company’s significant portfolio teeming. He’s also an outstanding leader; leading his team to managing projects proactively, efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Jeff has to-date attended more than 120 monthly meetings and assisted/coordinated over 50 AGMs and EGMs throughout his career and have more than 200 new property projects launching sales. He has an in-depth knowledge of the HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACT 1966 (ACT 118) & STRATA MANAGEMENT ACT 2013 (ACT 757) & Regulations.
MR. PANG SK
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr Pang SK has extensive experience and expertise in the Property Management industry for more than 5 years around the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia. Prior to this, he was the key management team of a leading property developer company, managing up to more than 10 property sites at its peak. His abitility to tidy up a messy or mismanaged not matter of its class of building components (flat/apartment/ condo) and very good in customer service. Beside that, he has the in depth experience of site administration with the helping hands of cloud based property management software.
He has reputation for passion and highly motivated Property Manager. His conscientious professionalism, good coordination skills, is guaranteed to keep the company’s significant portfolio teeming.

Mr Tan has extensive experience and expertise in the Property Management industry for more than 10 years around the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
Prior to this, he was the key management team of a leading property developer company, managing up to more than 20 property sites at its peak. He is also a specialist with deep knowledge in mechanical or electrical components of different services in the building such as elevators, risers, gen-set and water supply and more. Beside that, he has the experience from installation to testing, operation, maintenance and repair, he and his team helps to ensure that buildings are equipped with the relevant services and are able to operate safely.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Mr Leong has more than 10 years accounting experience for strata property management. He lead a team of of senior accountant, accountants and account clerk. He has a in depth skills of compute the strata property's maintenance charges and its sinking funds which is comply to Strata Management Act 757.
He is able to prepare budget for JMB/MC to ensure management fund sustainability with obtain profitability with remarable surplus.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXEC
Michelle has past experience working in reputable auditor firm. She is well-versed with strata property's full management account, in depth knowledge of parcel owner / proprietor statement of account. She is able to present the management account in any form of meeting such as monthly meeting, AGM or EGM.
